A musical collaboration between Yt DiNGO and Àdhamh Ó Broin.

The music video is out now and is available to buy.

This new song is based on the life story of Yt DiNGO over the last few years and his return to Scotland to take the path of his ancestors. He has spent a good part of his life among the indigenous peoples of Australia, learning about the country in which he was raised. It was now the time to go back to the Land of the Gaels and the Picts, borders of the Districts of Angus, Perth and Fife. It was there that he happened upon our convener Àdhamh and they started working on endeavours that would present this story artistically. The song mixes pop music with great spirit, rap lyrics with proverbs and incantations of the Gael. Half of the money raised by this song will go to Dòrlach for us to have a fair chance to keep on with our continuous labour so that respect can be shown to the legacy of the Gaels. We hope you enjoy it!

Silent Auction

We are auctioning this lovely painting by the very talented artist and rancher Brad Phares entitled An Gàidheal (The Gael). We asked Brad to paint a picture of the anonymous Gael in our logo.  We hope it isn’t too obvious who our model was!
